NIRO / GEA fluid bed dryer calibration — Mobile Minor lab-scale through MP-Series production systems. Inlet airflow, product bed conditions, filter D/P, and seal pressure switches per OEM spec.
Freund-Vector FLO-COATER fluid bed calibration. Air flow (CFM), product bed differential pressure, inlet and product temperature loops, and full instrument package.
Accela-Cota and conventional tablet coater calibration. Pan speed (48", 64" and custom sizes), spray system, environmental conditions, and full air-handling instrument package.
Collette GRAL 25 and GRAL 75, Niro Fielder Roto-Pro, Diosna, and equivalents. Mixer and chopper RPM, process and blend timers, product and jacket temperature, vacuum / GA.ST pressure.
Production-scale size reduction. Quadro Comil, Fitzpatrick Fitzmill, Frewitt mills, and associated milling equipment. Speed verification, run timing, and feed rate calibration.
